San Jose Braces

Create a smile you love with braces

Braces that move teeth without rushing your bite

Braces still do things no other treatment can. Brackets and wires stay on the job around the clock, so your teeth keep moving whether you remember them or not. At Dental Concepts Dental Group, we offer traditional San Jose metal braces with Fast Braces technology, planned around your whole bite.

We’re general dentists, not an orthodontic office. You’ll see the same team for your cleanings, your adjustments and your retainer. If your case needs a specialist, we’ll say so and help you get there.

What braces can correct

  • Crowded or overlapping teeth
  • Gaps between teeth
  • Overbite, underbite and crossbite
  • Rotated or tipped teeth
  • Teeth that wear unevenly

What braces do well

They work while you sleep

Nothing to take out, nothing to lose. Your braces keep working every hour of every day, so progress doesn’t depend on willpower.

Built for complicated cases

Severe crowding, stubborn rotations, and bite problems often respond better to brackets and wires than to removable trays.

Room made, not teeth removed

We develop the arches to create space and avoid extractions wherever the case allows. Removing healthy teeth is a last resort here.

Traditional metal braces

Metal brackets and wires, fixed in place. They handle the widest range of cases and cost less than tooth-colored options.

Fast Braces technology

The same bracket-and-wire approach, using a system designed to shorten treatment time. We’ll tell you at your consultation whether it fits your case.

Invisalign clear aligners

Removable, nearly invisible trays for mild to moderate cases. Good if appearance matters most, provided you’ll wear them 20 hours a day.

Our approach to braces

1

We start with a full exam, digital scans and a CBCT image where it helps. That shows us your bite, your roots and your jaw, not just your front teeth.

2

Then we plan it together. You’ll hear what braces can realistically do, roughly how long it takes and what it costs before anything gets bonded.

3

Adjustments happen every four to eight weeks and take minutes. Sore for a day or two afterward is normal, and we’ll show you how to handle it.

4

When the braces come off, you get a retainer. Hawley, Vivera or bonded, whichever suits you. Wearing it is what protects everything you just paid for.
